Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped UPS ground. Suppliers ask for 1-2 business day processing. Most orders ship same day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds: 15 day money back guarantee. All items must be returned in their origional manufacturers packing, and will be assessed a 15% return fee. Buyer is responsable for return postage.
Cancellation Policies: all orders paid for and processed will be assesed a 25% cancellation fee.
All products carry a 100% warranty against manufactures defects. Most products carry a 100% lifetime warranty.
Defective products will be returned to the manufacture for a refund or replacement.
